I've been dancing to rave and techno in allkindsa sweaty holes for over twenty-five years. But the only time I have danced on an incline is at badly organised outdoor parties in forests etcetera. For twenty quid I expect to be able to dance in one spot without people tumbling past me to the front, others striving to climb back out, there was no sense of harmony down there, it was like we were caught in a trawler net, the only exit appears to be the entrance..., that in itself is a hazard. If the level ground was used as the (solid concrete) dancefloor (there is more level ground than inclined, I believe) you would have a serious contender, as the music was great, Robert Hood was better there than he was at the 303 in L'pool six months previous IMO, but it takes more than the music for a class party, and like I say, for a score I expect a level dancefloor, toilets with lights and running water and a cloakroom. I dreamed up some ideas to fix it on the lengthy drive back to Fermanagh if you are interested.
